Team building - course

Conquer the course together as a team and create a completely new "WE-feeling".
Our indoor and outdoor programmes are available all year round and create the ideal basis for strengthening the team.

The outdoor course

SPIN

Objective:

The aim is to get all team members from one side of the spider's web to the other side - without touching the web!

Training is provided:

  • Communication
  • cohesion
  • Trust
  • Team spirit

SEESAW

Aim:

The aim is for all team members to stand on the seesaw. It is important that the seesaw is only entered one after the other and not at the same time. The challenge is successful if everyone stands on the seesaw together for 10 seconds.

Training is provided:

  • Communication
  • Leadership quality
  • team spirit
  • Team spirit

COORDINATION COURSE

Goal:

The coordination course is the third and final challenge in the outdoor course and the perfect backdrop for a group photo. At the beginning, all team members stand on the tree trunks. Once this has been completed without an accident, the team is given the task of sorting themselves according to seniority or size, for example. Difficulty: It is not allowed to touch the ground when sorting.

Training is provided:

  • Communication
  • Trust
  • Logical thinking
  • Ability to work in a team

And in "bad weather" ...

BALL TRANSPORT

Aim:

The group's task is to transport the ball from the starting point to the finish line while balancing on the ring. There are sighted (e.g. long-standing colleagues) and non-sighted (e.g. new colleagues) team members. Only the non-sighted team members are allowed to transport the ball. The sighted colleagues explain the route (using their language only) and guide the non-sighted team members to the destination.

Training is provided:

  • Communication
  • co-operation
  • Feedback processes
  • Teamwork skills

CULTURALLYE

Aim:

It starts quite simply. At each table, colleagues start playing with each other using dice. In doing so, they learn the rules. After a short time, no more talking is allowed. Now some team members change tables and continue playing at a different table. What they don't realise, however, is that The rules at each table are different from those of the table they came from. Without speaking, they now have to deal with the unfamiliar situation and either learn new rules or "import" their own. In any case, without words!

To be trained:

  • Communication without words
  • Attention
  • Quick reaction

STACKMAN

Aim:

Construct a "Stackman" as a team: Each team member is given at least one wooden element, which they are not allowed to put down until it is completed. There is a graphic illustration to help with the initial construction. Then it gets "serious": who can assemble the "Stackman" the fastest (without a template)? The record should be less than 14 seconds...

Training is required:

  • Cohesion
  • Process optimisation
  • communication
  • leadership

Communication is extremely important in all tasks or games. You can quickly recognise who can and wants to take the lead and who just wants to be led. A great "WE feeling" develops all by itself.

A colleague from our company is always on hand to provide advice and support and to supervise and support the team.

TIP: This type of communication training can be incorporated into dinner, for example in a BBQ buffet or is a great start or end to an evening around the campfire.

We look forward to communicating with you and your team and conquering the course!
