General Use

  • The pitches are intended exclusively for motorhomes.
  • Please use only the marked pitches.
  • Reserving neighbouring pitches is not permitted.

  • Awnings, tables and chairs must be placed within your own pitch.

     

Arrival and departure

  • Arrival: from 13:00
  • Departure: by 12:00
  • A later departure is possible by prior arrangement.

Quiet hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.
  • Please avoid noise, loud conversations and music during this time.
  • The use of generators is not permitted.

Sanitary facilities

  • Toilets and showers are available daily from 07:00 to 21:00 in the wellness area.
  • After 9.00 pm, a toilet can be used via the main entrance.
  • Please leave the facilities clean.

Water supply and waste disposal

  • Greywater disposal is not possible on the pitch.
  • Please use suitable external disposal points for this purpose.
  • Chemical toilets may only be emptied at the designated points.

Electricity & Water

  • Please use electricity connections correctly.
  • Please use energy and water responsibly and sparingly.

Waste Disposal

  • Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated bins.
  • The disposal of bulky or hazardous waste is not permitted.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome, provided they do not disturb other guests.
  • Pets must be kept on a lead throughout the premises.
  • Pet waste must be cleared away immediately.

Barbecues & open fires

  • Barbecuing is permitted provided safety regulations are observed.
  • Open fires and barbecuing with charcoal are not permitted.
  • Please keep a safe distance from vehicles and buildings.

Wellness area

  • Use of the swimming pool and all other facilities in the wellness area is not included in the pitch price.
  • Access to the BALANCE & SPA can be booked as an optional extra.

Visitors’ tax

  • The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.
  • It will be charged separately at reception on arrival.

Rules & Conduct

  • Please be considerate of other guests.
  • Keep your pitch clean.
  • Please report any damage or faults immediately.

Liability

  • Use of the pitch is at your own risk.
  • No liability is accepted for theft or damage.

Prohibited

  • Open fires
  • Noise nuisance, particularly from generators
  • Car washing or repair work on vehicles
  • Commercial activities without authorisation
