Upstalsboom Motorhome Site, Varel-Dangast
§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the motorhome pitches at Upstalsboom Varel-Dangast, as well as to all associated services and facilities.
By using the pitch, the guest accepts these GTC.
§2 Pitches and Use
(1) The operator provides a total of 8 motorhome pitches.
(2) Use is reserved exclusively for motorhomes.
Camping with tents, caravans or vehicles not suitably equipped is not permitted.
(3) Guests have no right to a specific pitch.

(3) Use of the technical facilities is at your own risk.
§4 Sanitary and wellness facilities
(1) Sanitary facilities are available in the wellness area at Upstalsboom Varel-Dangast.
(2) Use is permitted exclusively during the relevant opening hours.
(3) The house rules and the rules of use for the wellness area apply.
(4) The operator reserves the right to charge separate fees for the use of the wellness area, provided this is clearly indicated.
§5 Prices and Payment
(1) There is a charge for the use of the pitch.
The current prices as displayed on notice boards or on the website apply.
(2) Payment must be made on site using the specified payment methods (reception / payment machine / digital).
(3) Additional services (e.g. electricity, use of the wellness area) may be charged separately, where indicated.
§6 Conduct on the pitch
(1) All guests are obliged to behave considerately and to take care of the site.
(2) The following quiet hours apply:
10.00 pm to 7.00 am
(3) Playing loud music, making disruptive noise and engaging in behaviour that causes a nuisance are prohibited.
(4) Open fires, noise nuisance, car washing or vehicle repairs, and commercial activities are prohibited.
§7 Cleanliness and Waste Disposal
(1) Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided.
(2) The discharge or disposal of grey water, chemical toilet contents or other waste water on the site is strictly prohibited.
(3) The pitch must be left clean.
§8 Animals
(1) Pets are permitted.
(2) Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the site.
(3) The owner is liable for any damage caused by the animal.
§9 Liability
(1) Use of the pitch is at your own risk.
(2) The operator is liable only for damage resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the operator.
(3) No liability is accepted for theft, loss or damage to vehicles, accessories or personal belongings.
(4) The pitch is unguarded.
§10 Technical Facilities / Utilities
(1) No guarantee is given regarding the availability of electricity, water and Wi-Fi.
(2) Temporary disruptions or outages do not entitle the guest to a reduction in the fee or a refund.
§11 House Rules
(1) The operator exercises the right to manage the premises.
(2) In the event of breaches of these Terms and Conditions or the house rules, immediate expulsion from the premises may be ordered.
(3) In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund.
§12 Traffic and Safety
(1) Walking speed applies throughout the entire premises.
(2) Vehicles may only be parked in the designated areas.
§13 Data Protection
Personal data shall be processed exclusively in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
§14 Jurisdiction
The legal relationship between the hotel and the customer is governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In relation to consumers, the first sentence shall apply only to the extent that the choice of law does not undermine the protection afforded by mandatory legal provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
If the guest is a trader, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the hotel’s registered office. If the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, or if their place of residence or habitual residence is unknown at the time the action is brought, the place of jurisdiction shall be the hotel’s registered office.
Should any individual provisions be wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, or should they subsequently lose their legal validity or enforceability, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provisions shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provisions.
