Your job as a receptionist (m/f/d)

Organisational talent meets a host's heart

As a receptionist, you are the first smile of our hotel. You give our guests a warm welcome and ensure that they feel well looked after from the very first moment - at check-in, during their stay and until they leave.

This is what awaits you in our job:

  • You are the warm and competent point of contact for our guests - in person, by phone and by email
  • You will ensure a smooth process at reception: from a friendly welcome to a caring check-out
  • You providesupport with reservations, room allocations and individual guest requests
  • Youmaintain an overview at all times and work closely with housekeeping, service and all other departments
  • You ensure that guest information is passed on correctly and that every guest receives the attention they deserve
  • You take on organisational tasks such as invoicing, cash management and correspondence
  • You contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere at reception with your positive charisma
  • You help new colleagues to quickly feel at home and get off to a good start in the team
