Your role as a receptionist (m/f/d)

Organisational skills meet a welcoming spirit

As a receptionist, you are the first smile our hotel offers. You give our guests a warm welcome and ensure they feel well looked after from the very first moment – at check-in, throughout their stay and right up until they leave.

What you can expect from this role:

  • You are the friendly and competent point of contact for our guests – in person, by phone and via email
  • You ensure everything runs smoothly at reception: from a friendly welcome to a warm send-off
  • You assist with bookings, room allocations and individual guest requests
  • You’ll keep track of everything at all times and work closely with housekeeping, service and all other departments
  • You ensure that guest information is passed on correctly and that every guest receives the attention they deserve
  • You will take on organisational tasks such as invoicing, cash management and correspondence
  • With your positive attitude, you contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere at reception
  • You’ll help new colleagues settle in quickly and get off to a good start in the team
