From Oldenburg/Bremen
Leave the A29 motorway at the Varel-Obenstrohe exit in the direction of Spohle, Obenstrohe and Altjührden. You will pass the entrance to Varel-Obenstrohe. Follow the road for approx. 700 metres. Leave Wiefelsteder Straße L819 and turn right into Mühlenteichstraße L818. Follow the road for approx. one kilometre. The Upstalsboom Varel-Dangast is located on the left-hand side.
From Emden/Leer
Change at the Leer motorway junction from the A31 to the A28 towards Oldenburg. Leave the A28 at exit 6 Westerstede and take Ammerlandallee in the direction of Varel/Neuenburg/Hüllstede. From Ammerlandallee, turn right into Zum Hullen L820. Follow the road through Spohle and immediately after Spohle turn left into Vareler Straße L819. Ride on the L819 for approx. nine kilometres until you turn left into Mühlenteichstraße in Obenstrohe. Follow the road until you reach the hotel.
